Valentino Williams was born in Nassau, in the Bahamas, to Kirk Williams and Sharel Maura. He completed his high school education at St. Augustine’s College High School in Nassau, Bahamas, and matriculated to Murray St. University. There, he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, with a specialized focus in Marketing. After college, Valentino returned home and worked in his father's business, Carpet World, as part of the leadership team responsible for managing the business operations.

On April 20th, 2003, Valentino established Life Changers Ministries International (LCMI), a burgeoning multicultural, word of faith church with a Pentecostal flair, located in New Providence, Bahamas. Under Valentino's stellar and visionary leadership, the church has significantly grown in size, spirit, and assets over the past 20 years. LCMI has expanded to three locations, with two campuses in Nassau, Bahamas (Bacardi Road and Knowles Drive, Bozine Town), and a third campus in Rock Sound Eleuthera, Bahamas.

Valentino has held numerous leadership positions in both secular and religious arenas in the Bahamas and the United States. He is a member of the Bahamas Christian Council and currently serves as the chairman of the Carpet World Group of Companies and the Chaplain of the House of Assembly. In 2018, he authored his first book, "Go Big or Go Home: Living Beyond Limits." On April 28th, 2019, Valentino was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Divinity from St. Thomas University, Jacksonville, Florida, United States of America. In 2022, he authored his second book, "Take the Lead," a leadership book offering practical principles for effective leadership.

On November 29th, 2022, Valentino was consecrated to the office of Bishop by Bishop Neil C. Ellis and currently serves as the Executive Secretary for the Bahamas College of Bishops. He is also the founder and President of the Keep Hope Alive Foundation, a philanthropic organization aiding the disenfranchised.

Kenva Cleopatra Williams was born to well-known and well-respected veteran educators and community builders on the beautiful island of New Providence, The Bahamas. From her childhood years, she was exposed to many elements of leadership and activism which have prepared her for the diversified platform she holds today.

Upon completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Education from the University of The Bahamas, Dr. Williams served as an officer with the Ministry of Education in the discipline of Mathematics and Business at a public senior high school in the Bahamas. A strong advocate for partnership, Dr. Williams transitioned to launch the subsidiary company Cabinet World under the Carpet World Group of Companies, of which she currently serves as a consultant and the secretary to the Board of Directors.

A leader and servant by heart, Dr. Williams also currently serves as the Executive Pastor and Administrator of Life Changers Ministries International. Her service to this organization has resulted in the successful completion of a Master's Degree in Christian Leadership from North Carolina School of Theology. Being recognized by the board of regents of The Thomas Christian University for her national leadership, contribution, and influence, an honorary Doctorate of Divinity was conferred to Dr. Williams.

Known in the kingdom and the country for her effervescence, revelatory relevance, and keen insight and intellect, Dr. Williams has served thousands through her ministry and leadership across the Islands of The Bahamas, The United States of America, England, and Kenya, East Africa. Dr. Williams is nationally recognized and sought after for the ministry of counseling, guidance, and mentorship to women from all walks of life. She has served two terms as a member of the National Women’s Advisory Council (NWAC), attending and contributing to numerous sessions of The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) held at the United Nations.

As an advocate for gender equality, Dr. Williams’ impact and influence continue to create opportunities for her to use her voice to herald the message of equality and empowerment across platforms both nationally and globally. She is married to Bishop Valentino D. Williams and is the mother of two sons and one daughter.
