Valentino Williams was born in Nassau, in the Bahamas, to Kirk Williams and Sharel Maura. He completed his high school education at St. Augustine’s College High School in Nassau, Bahamas, and matriculated to Murray St. University. There, he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, with a specialized focus in Marketing. After college, Valentino returned home and worked in his father's business, Carpet World, as part of the leadership team responsible for managing the business operations.
On April 20th, 2003, Valentino established Life Changers Ministries International (LCMI), a burgeoning multicultural, word of faith church with a Pentecostal flair, located in New Providence, Bahamas. Under Valentino's stellar and visionary leadership, the church has significantly grown in size, spirit, and assets over the past 20 years. LCMI has expanded to three locations, with two campuses in Nassau, Bahamas (Bacardi Road and Knowles Drive, Bozine Town), and a third campus in Rock Sound Eleuthera, Bahamas.
Valentino has held numerous leadership positions in both secular and religious arenas in the Bahamas and the United States. He is a member of the Bahamas Christian Council and currently serves as the chairman of the Carpet World Group of Companies and the Chaplain of the House of Assembly. In 2018, he authored his first book, "Go Big or Go Home: Living Beyond Limits." On April 28th, 2019, Valentino was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Divinity from St. Thomas University, Jacksonville, Florida, United States of America. In 2022, he authored his second book, "Take the Lead," a leadership book offering practical principles for effective leadership.
On November 29th, 2022, Valentino was consecrated to the office of Bishop by Bishop Neil C. Ellis and currently serves as the Executive Secretary for the Bahamas College of Bishops. He is also the founder and President of the Keep Hope Alive Foundation, a philanthropic organization aiding the disenfranchised.
